Love is not something to be taken lightly

Isn’t this a sufficient rebuke to each one of us? No matter what the world may throw at us, whatever may be our circumstance, we must NEVER let our hearts be troubled. We must not be overtaken by our fears, worries and doubts.
Our Savior, apart from giving us His love, gave us His peace. He gave us His assurance and confidence that whatever may happen, we should not be rattled by our surroundings. It’s because we have Him, beloved. He knew He was powerful enough to not disappoint your peace and faith in Him. He knew He would never leave you. He knew that you will always be amply supplied and provided for here in this world because of Him. If Jesus knew, you have to trust Him.
Be confident in this promise. Stand by this statement. Jesus wants you to stop worrying because you have no reason to. His peace is with you, beloved. He gave you His word. Never will I leave you, nor forsake you. He wants you to be confident of His love, to be assured, and to be calm through the days of your life, because He WILL fulfill His promises. He WILL give you an abundant and full life. He WILL relieve you from anything you are experiencing now.
Be at peace, not because of what you see, but because of who your Savior is.
The funny thing is, nobody ever really knows how much I’m hurting. You stood there, not knowing your standing next to a person who’s walls have been shattered, heart broken, alone.
All this does is kill me.
